基于自然群体随机交配的多iQTL定位的模拟
A Simulation of Multiple iQTL Mapping Based on Random Mating in Natural Populations
【摘要】 为了研究多个印迹QTL(iQTL)定位方法,本研究采用随机交配策略对纯系自然群体构建可追溯亲本的永久F2作图群体,基于模拟SNP基因型数据与真实水稻SNP基因型数据生成表型性状数据,并应用混合线性模型进行多个iQTL定位和遗传效应的参数估计。模拟研究表明,在不考虑群体结构与亲缘关系造成的干扰时,基于纯系自然群体产生的永久F2作图群体可利用混合线性模型定位到小效应、低遗传率的iQTL,并能估计出iQTL的遗传效应,是一种行之有效的多iQTL定位方法。
【Abstract】 In order to study multiple imprinted QTL(iQTL) mapping methods, a random mating strategy was used to construct a permanent F2 mapping population with traceable parents for pure natural populations, and phenotypic trait data were generated based on simulated SNP genotype data and real rice SNP genotype data, respectively, and mixed linear models(MLM) were applied for parameter estimation of multiple iQTL localization and genetic effects. Simulation studies have shown that, without considering the interference caused by population structure and kinship, the permanent F2 mapping population based on pure natural populations can use MLM to locate iQTLs with small effects and low heritability, and can estimate iQTLs. It is a well-established method for multiple iQTL mapping.
