【摘要】 对福建省835位青年社会工作者的自我关怀实践进行调查研究，结果显示，青年社会工作者从事自我关怀实践的水平有待提升。婚姻状况、学校自我关怀教育、职场自我关怀教育、自身健康满意度、服务类别、工作满意度是影响青年社会工作者个人与职业自我关怀实践的主要因素。对此，建议开发社会工作自我关怀教育课程体系，开展职场健康促进计划并制定自我关怀实践政策，以促进我国青年社会工作者自我关怀实践水平的提升。更多还原

【Abstract】 The study explores the self-care practices of 835 young social workers in Fujian, China. The results showed that the level of self-care practice among young social workers needs to be improved. Mar-riage status, school self-care education, workplace self-care education, health satisfaction, service status, and job satisfaction are the main factors that affect the personal and professional self-care practice of young social workers. In this regard, it is recommended to develop a curriculum system for social work self-care education, carry out a workplace health promotion plan and formulate a self-care practice policy to jointly promote the self-care practice level of young social workers in China.更多还原
