固相微萃取技术在环境污染物分析领域的研究进展
Application of solid phase microextraction technology in the field of environmental pollutant analysis
【摘要】 固相微萃取技术(SPME)是一种环境友好的绿色样品前处理技术,该技术于上世纪90年代被提出,从其提出至今的30余年时间里取得了长足的发展,已经成为环境领域广泛应用的前处理技术之一。本文综述了近年来SPME技术的分类及其在各类环境污染物分析等方面的应用,涵盖了SPME纤维涂层的各种材料和涂覆技术以及对于不同种类环境污染物的分析等方面,并对该技术今后的发展做出了判断和展望,有助于相关研究工作者参考。
【Abstract】 Solid phase microextraction(SPME) is an environment-friendly green sample pretreatment technology. It has made great progress in the past 30 years since it was proposed. It has become one of the widely used pretreatment technologies in the environmental field. This paper reviews the classification and application of SPME in the analysis of various environmental pollutants extraction, covering various materials and coating techniques of SPME fiber, as well as the extraction of different types of environmental pollutants. It also judges and prospects the future development of this technology, which is helpful for relevant researchers.
