一例髋关节置换术后假体脱位至盆腔行二次翻修手术患者的护理
Nursing care of a patient who underwent secondary revision surgery after hip arthroplasty due to dislocation of the prosthesis to the pelvic cavity
【摘要】 目的 总结1例发育性髋关节发育不良(DDH)患者关节置换术后假体脱位至盆腔行二次翻修手术的围术期护理。方法 护理要点包括预防再次脱位、神经损伤、出血、深静脉血栓和感染等并发症的发生；术后实施个体化的康复指导和出院指导。结果 经过3周精心的诊治和护理，患者顺利出院，随访12周状况良好。结论 髋关节置换术后假体脱位至盆腔患者护理难度较大，应重点预防再次脱位及神经损伤等并发症，并做好康复训练指导，促进患者早日康复。
