【摘要】 目的 基于主客体互倚模型(APIM)考察青年乳腺癌夫妇的婚姻承诺对双方恐惧疾病进展(FOP)的影响。方法 于2021年8月-2022年4月，采用一般情况调查问卷、承诺的维度量表、FOP简化量表及配偶FOP简化量表对253对青年乳腺癌患者及其配偶进行调查，建立婚姻承诺与双方FOP关系的APIM。结果 患者的婚姻承诺及FOP的总分均显著高于配偶(P<0.05)。APIM结果显示：患者及配偶的婚姻承诺均可以显著负向预测患者的FOP(P<0.001),患者及配偶的婚姻承诺均可以显著正向预测配偶的FOP(P<0.05)。结论 青年乳腺癌患者及配偶的FOP受到自身和对方婚姻承诺的影响，提示医护工作者应重视青年乳腺癌夫妇婚姻承诺的评估，积极探索以婚姻承诺为焦点的二元干预方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the impact of marital commitment on fear of progression(FOP) in young breast cancer patients and their spouses based on actor-partner interdependence model(APIM).Methods A total of 253 young people with breast cancer and their spouses were investigated by general questionnaire, the Dimensions of Commitment Inventory, FOP Questionnaire-Short Form and FOP Questionnaire-Short Form for Parters, and APIM was established for the impact of marriage commitment on both parties’ FOP. Results The total scores of marital commitment and FOP of patients were significantly higher than those of their spouses(P<0.05); APIM results showed that the marital commitment of patients and spouses could significantly negatively predict the FOP of patients(P<0.001), and the marital commitment of patients and spouses could significantly positively predict the FOP of spouses(P<0.05). Conclusion The FOP of young breast cancer patients and spouses is affected by their own and their marital commitment. This suggests that health care workers shall attach importance to the evaluation of marital commitment of young breast cancer couples, and actively explore thedyadic intervention program focusing on marital commitment.更多还原
