【摘要】 目的 了解安宁疗护专职护士的专业生活品质(PROQOL)和工作投入现况，探索PROQOL对工作投入的影响。方法 2021年11月-2022年2月，采用便利抽样法选取北京市、杭州市4所三级甲等医院的345名安宁疗护护士作为研究对象，应用一般资料问卷、中文版PROQOL量表、中文版工作投入量表开展现况调查。结果 安宁疗护护士的工作投入总分为(37.32±10.38)分，慈心满意、工作倦怠和二次创伤的原始得分分别为(28.19±4.65)分、(28.53±4.12)分、(27.39±5.23)分，其中分别有77.6%和75.4%的护士存在中高等水平的工作倦怠和二次创伤。分层回归分析显示，安宁疗护护士的健康状况、工作倦怠、二次创伤对工作投入有显著影响(P<0.05)。结论 安宁疗护护士工作投入处于高等水平，护理管理者应重视护士PROQOL对工作投入的影响，通过提升PROQOL来提高工作投入程度，进而提升安宁疗护的护理质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the status of professional quality of life(PROQOL) and work engagement among nurses providing palliative care and to explore the influence of PROQOL on work engagement. Methods The convenience sampling method was used to select 345 palliative care nurses from 4 tertiary grade A hospitals in Beijing and Hangzhou as the participants were evaluated using a demographic characteristics questionnaire, the Chinese version of the PROQOL Scale, and the Chinese version of Utrecht Work Engagement Scale. Results The mean scores of work engagement and the three dimensions of PROQOL which compassion satisfaction, burnout, and secondary traumatic stress among nurses in palliative care were(37.32±10.38) points,(28.19±4.65) points,(28.53±4.12) points, and(27.39±5.23) points, respectively. Among them, 77.6% and 75.4% of nurses had medium and high levels of burnout and secondary traumatic stress, respectively. Hierarchical multiple regression analysis showed that the health status, burnout, and secondary traumatic stress of palliative care nurses had a significant impact on their work engagement(P<0.05). Conclusion In this study, the level of work engagement is high in palliative care nurses. Nursing managers shall emphasize the impact of nurses’ PROQOL on work engagement, to improve the level of work engagement by enhancing PROQOL to improve the quality of palliative care.更多还原
