【摘要】 新型显示产业是新一代信息技术产业的主要细分领域之一，是数字经济的关键领域，是基础性、战略性、先导性的产业，但目前“专利丛林”“专利劫持”等问题制约了产业的创新活力，亟待构建新型显示产业专利池，以促进研发合作、降低交易成本。本文基于全球产业科技情报分析系统（PatNavi），对我国新型显示产业专利现状进行分析，从专利申请基本情况、专利运营、专利纠纷等方面，分析了我国新型显示产业面临的“内忧外患”的专利困局，并为该产业专利池的构建提供对策和建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The new display industry is one of the major subdivisions of the new generation of information technology industry, a key field of digital economy, and a basic, strategic, and leading industry.However, the current “patent jungle”, “patent hijacking” and other issues restrict the innovation vitality of the industry. It is urgent to build a new display industry patent pool to promote research and development cooperation and reduce transaction costs. Based on the global industry science and technology information analysis system(PatNavi), this paper analyzes the current situation of patents in China’s new display industry, analyzes the patent dilemma of “internal and external problems” faced by China’s new display industry from the basic situation of patent applications, patent operations, patent disputes and other aspects,and provides countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of the industry’s patent pool.更多还原
