氧化铁的凝胶注模成形工艺研究
Study on gelcasting process of iron oxide
【摘要】 研究了有机单体为甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯,交联剂为三缩四乙二醇双丙稀酸酯的凝胶注模成形工艺。结果表明,添加固相含量2%质量分数的聚丙烯酰胺分散剂,可获得分散性好、沉降率低和粘度适宜的Fe2O3料浆。固相体积分数的增大可降低生坯的收缩率并提高轴向和径向收缩的均匀性。固相体积分数的增大可提高烧结坯的相对密度,固相含量从30%增加到55%,烧结坯的相对密度从70%提高到90%。
【Abstract】 Gelcasting process using the hydroxyethyl methacrylate as organic monomer and the tetraethylene glycol dipropylenate as crosslinker was investigated respectively. With the addition of mass fraction of 2% of the dispersant of polyacrylamid, Fe2O3 slurries with good dispersibility, low sedimentation rate and suitable viscosity could be obtained. The increase of solid volume fraction can reduce the shrinkage of green body and improve the uniformity of its axial and radial shrinkage. The high solid content can also improve the relative density of sintered bodies. The relative density of sintered bodies is increased from 70% to 90% with the increasement of solid content from 30% to 55%.
