【摘要】 从设计学角度研究如何缓解大学生孤独感，从而引起设计领域对大学生孤独感的关注。通过文献梳理，从孤独感的定义入手，分析了孤独感的类型和孤独感测量量表；全面总结出影响大学生孤独感的相关因素：人口学因素、人格因素、家庭因素和社会环境因素；从设计学角度分析，现有网络平台及AP P通过获得快乐、认可和归属感以及加强人际交流等方式，可有效缓解大学生孤独感，面向留守儿童和空巢老人的设计学研究对缓解大学生孤独感具有借鉴作用。要正视大学生孤独感，并设计出符合本土化的大学生孤独感量表，同时，可通过“以情感为导向”和“以人际互动为导向”的设计策略帮助缓解大学生孤独感。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper studies how to alleviate the loneliness of college students from the perspective of design, so as to arouse the attention of the design field to the loneliness of college students.Through literature review, starting from the definition of loneliness, the types of loneliness and loneliness measurement scale are analyzed.The factors affecting loneliness of college students are summarized:demographic factors, personality factors, family factors and social environment factors.From the perspective of design, the existing network platform and APP can effectively alleviate the loneliness of college students by obtaining happiness,recognition and a sense of belonging as well as strengthening interpersonal communication. The design research for left-behind children and empty-nesters can be used as a reference to alleviate the loneliness of college students.We should face up to the loneliness of college students, and design a scale of loneliness of college students in line with the localization. At the same time, we can help alleviate the loneliness of college students through the design strategy of "emotion-oriented" and "interpersonal interaction oriented".更多还原
