【摘要】 目的 分析集束化护理结合有氧运动对卵巢癌化疗患者心理状态与生活质量的影响。方法 选取86例卵巢癌化疗患者，将其按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组，每组43例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用集束化护理结合有氧运动。对比两组心理状态、生活质量及护理满意度。结果 观察组护理后焦虑评分、抑郁评分均低于对照组（P<0.05）。护理后，观察组卵巢癌患者生命质量测定量表（FACT-O）社会/家庭情况、生理情况、情绪情况、功能情况、卵巢癌特异性评分均高于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组护理满意度95.35%高于对照组的76.74%(P<0.05)。结论 卵巢癌化疗患者采用集束化护理结合有氧运动可以改善患者心理状态，提高患者生活质量及护理满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effects of cluster nursing combined with aerobic exercise on mental state and quality of life of patients with ovarian cancer undergoing chemotherapy. Methods 86 patients with ovarian cancer undergoing chemotherapy were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method, with 43 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing, and the observation group was treated with cluster nursing combined with aerobic exercise. The psychological state, quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The anxiety scores and depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). After nursing, the social/family status, physiological status, emotional status, functional status and ovarian cancer specific score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of observation group was 95.35% higher than that of control group(76.74%)(P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of cluster nursing and aerobic exercise can improve the psychological state, quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients with ovarian cancer chemotherapy.更多还原
