【摘要】 目的 探析输卵管结扎后传统开腹与腹腔镜下输卵管复通术的临床疗效。方法 选取2015年1月至2022年7月输卵管结扎患者26例。将2015年1月至2019年1月收治的13例患者为参照组，实施传统开腹输卵管复通术。2019年2月至2022年7月收治的13例患者为试验组，实施腹腔镜下输卵管复通术。比较两组患者手术时间、术后首次下床活动时间、住院时间，术后随访2个月记录再次妊娠率。结果 两组患者手术时间比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。试验组首次下床活动时间、住院时间均短于参照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。试验组再次妊娠率（84.62%）高于参照组（38.46%），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 输卵管结扎后腹腔镜下输卵管复通术在手术效果和术后妊娠率方面均优于传统开腹输卵管复通术。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect of traditional laparotomy and laparoscopic tubal recanalization after tubal ligation.Methods 26 patients with tubal ligation from January 2015 to July 2022 were selected.A total of 13 patients admitted from January 2015 to January 2019 were used as the reference group to perform traditional laparotomy tubal revascularization.A total of 13 patients admitted from February 2019 to July 2022 were included in the experimental group and underwent laparoscopic tubal revascularization.The operation time,the first time of getting out of bed and the length of hospital stay were compared between the two groups,and the rate of repregnancy was recorded after 2 months of postoperative follow-up.Results There was no significant difference in operation time between the two groups(P>0.05).The first time of getting out of bed and staying in hospital in experimental group were shorter than those in reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of repregnancy in test group(84.62%) was higher than that in reference group(38.46%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic tubal recanalization after tubal ligation is superior to traditional open tubal recanalization in terms of surgical effect and postoperative pregnancy rate.更多还原
