【摘要】 目的 评价产后尿潴留患者应用针灸配合多频振动仪电刺激的临床疗效。方法 选取70例产后尿潴留患者，采用抽签法分为对照组与研究组，各35例。对照组采用甲硫酸新斯的明肌内注射治疗，配合温水外熏及流水声诱导，研究组采用针灸穴位联合多频振动仪治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果和不良反应发生情况。结果 治疗后研究组首次正确排尿时间（5.46±0.78）h比对照组的（8.78±1.61）h短（P<0.05）。研究组膀胱残余尿量少于对照组（P<0.05）；研究组总有效率91.43%高于对照组的54.29%(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 针灸配合多频振动仪治疗产后尿潴留患者安全性高、治疗效果显著，值得临床推广与应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with multi-frequency vibration instrument electrical stimulation in patients with postpartum urinary retention. Methods 70 patients with postpartum urinary retention were selected and divided into control group and study group with 35 cases each. The control group was treated with intramuscular injection of neosmine methsulfate, combined with warm water and water sound induction, and the study group was treated with acupuncture points combined with multi-frequency vibration instrument. The therapeutic effect and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the first correct urination time(5.46±0.78) h in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(8.78±1.61) h(P<0.05). The residual urine volume of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate of the study group was 91.43% higher than that of the control group 54.29%(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with multi-frequency vibrograph in the treatment of postpartum patients with urinary retention is safe and effective, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.更多还原
