【摘要】 目的 探讨阴道镜在评估宫颈人乳头瘤病毒（HPV）/低级别鳞状上皮内瘤变（LSIL）患者转归的价值。方法 选取行宫颈病变筛查，高危型HPV(HR-HPV)阳性，经阴道镜检查无异常或阴道镜检查异常，经病理检查确诊的HPV/LSIL患者137例，1年后复查细胞学及高危型HPV，记录相关检查结果，根据HPV复查结果分为转归组和持续组。结果 137例患者中，HPV转阴89例，HPV持续48例，整体转归率为64.96%(89/137)。转归组与持续组的HPV类型、细胞学结果比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），阴道镜评估结果显示，阴道镜下转化区类型、阴道镜印象与阴道镜下是否行宫颈活检术比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），而是否行颈管搔刮术比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 阴道镜下评估的转化区类型、阴道镜下印象、是否行宫颈活检术可能是影响HPV转归的重要因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the value of colposcopy in evaluating the outcome of cervical human papillomavirus(HPV)/low-grade squamous intraepithelial neoplasia(LSIL). Methods A total of 137 HPV/LSIL patients with positive HR-HPV, no abnormality or abnormal colposcopy and confirmed by pathologic examination were selected for cervical screening. Cytology and high-risk HPV were re-examined 1 year later, and relevant examination results were recorded. The patients were divided into outcome group and continuous group according to HPV re-examination results. Results Among the 137 patients, HPV turned negative in 89 cases and HPV persisted in 48 cases, and the overall outcome rate was 64.96%(89/137). There were no statistically significant differences in HPV types and cytological results between the outcome group and the continuous group(P>0.05). Colposcopic evaluation results showed that there were statistically significant differences in the types of transformation area under colposcopy, colposcopic impression, and whether cervical biopsy was performed under colposcopy(P<0.05), There was no significant difference in whether cervical tube scratching was performed(P>0.05). Conclusion The type of transformation area evaluated under colposcopy, colposcopic impression, and whether cervical biopsy was performed may be important factors affecting the outcome of HPV.更多还原
