【摘要】 目的 探析局部晚期宫颈癌患者采用紫杉醇联合顺铂新辅助治疗的临床效果。方法 选取80例局部晚期宫颈癌患者，将所有患者资料录入计算机系统中分为对照组与研究组，每组40例。对照组采用常规药物辅助治疗，研究组采用紫杉醇联合顺铂新辅助治疗。比较两组临床效果。结果 研究组病情控制总有效率为75.0%，高于对照组的52.5%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗前，两组CD3~+、CD4~+及CD8~+指标比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；治疗后，研究组CD3~+、CD4~+指标高于对照组，CD8~+指标低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。研究组脉管瘤栓阳性率、切缘阳性率及淋巴结转移率均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。研究组毒副反应发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 局部晚期宫颈癌患者采用紫杉醇联合顺铂新辅助治疗后对病情的控制效果十分理想，降低毒副反应发生率，同时也可良好调节免疫系统，安全性较高，值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect of neoadjuvant treatment of paclitaxel combined with cisplatin in patients with locally advanced cervical cancer. Methods 80 patients with locally advanced cervical cancer were selected, and the data of all patients were input into the computer system and divided into control group and study group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received conventional drug assisted treatment, and the study group received paclitaxel combined with cisplatin neoadjuvant treatment. The clinical effect of the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of disease control in the study group was 75.0%, which was higher than that in the control group(52.5%), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in CD3~+, CD4~+ and CD8~+ indexes between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment,CD3~+ and CD4~+ indexes in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and CD8~+ indexes were lower than those in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05). The positive rate of thrombus, resection margin and lymph node metastasis in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of toxic and side effects in the study group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Neoadjuvant treatment of paclitaxel combined with cisplatin in patients with locally advanced cervical cancer has a very good effect on disease control, reducing the incidence of toxic and side effects, and can also regulate the immune system well, which is safe and worthy of clinical promotion.更多还原
