【摘要】 目的 探讨润清达医用生物水凝胶敷料应用于细菌性阴道病的疗效。方法 选取80例细菌性阴道病患者，根据治疗方法不同分为对照组与研究组，各40例。研究组采用润清达医用生物水凝胶敷料治疗，对照组采用甲硝唑治疗。比较两组治疗前后外阴瘙痒、白带炎症治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果 两组患者治疗后外阴瘙痒及白带炎症治疗有效率比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。研究组患者治疗后不良反应发生率10.0%与对照组的12.5%比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 润清达医用生物水凝胶敷料对于治疗细菌性阴道病疗效显著，值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of Runqingda medical bio-hydrogel dressing on bacterial vaginosis.Methods 80 cases of bacterial vaginosis were selected and divided into control group and study group with 40 cases each according to different treatment methods. The study group was treated with Runqingda medical bio-hydrogel dressing, and the control group was treated with metronidazole. The effects of vulvar pruritus and leucorrhea inflammation before and after treatment and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in the effective rate of vulvar pruritus and leucorrhea inflammation between 2 groups after treatment(P>0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions after treatment between the observation group and the control group 10.0% and 12.5%(P>0.05).Conclusion Runqingda medical bio-hydrogel dressing is effective in the treatment of bacterial vaginosis and worthy of clinical promotion.更多还原
