二次活检在胚胎植入前遗传学检测中的应用进展
The Implementation of Re-biopsy in Preimplantation Genetic Testing and Progress in Relevant Research
【摘要】 胚胎植入前遗传学检测(PGT)是指通过对配子或胚胎活检后进行遗传物质检测从而诊断胚胎整倍性和遗传性疾病的方法。随着PGT的广泛开展,临床上出现诊断不明胚胎、嵌合体胚胎和片段非整倍体胚胎通过二次活检能够重新被诊断为整倍体胚胎,移植后实现健康活产,避免了潜在的整倍体胚胎被丢弃。因此二次活检对胚胎发育潜能的影响也成为近来研究的热点。本文将对二次活检在PGT中的应用进展进行综述,为评估二次活检的安全性和有效性提供参考,从而使二次活检更好地应用于临床实践中。
【Abstract】 Preimplantation genetic testing(PGT) is a method to diagnose embryonic euploidy and genetic disorders by detecting genetic material after biopsy of gametes or embryos. With the widespread implementation of PGT, the incidence of inconclusive results, chromosomal mosaicism and segmental aneuploidies in embryos has increased. Re-biopsy can rescue part of these embryos by receiving euploid diagnoses and result in a healthy live birth, which avoid the discarding of potential euploid embryos. The effect of re-biopsy on the reproductive potential of embryos has also become a hot topic of research recently. In this paper, we review the progress of re-biopsy in PGT and provide a reference for evaluating the safety and efficacy of re-biopsy, so that promoting the clinical application of re-biopsy.
