铜尾矿全替代硅质原料制备水泥熟料的研究

【摘要】 以预处理后的铜尾矿为研究对象,研究了处理后的铜尾矿在高掺量直至全替代(5%、10%、15%和18.22%)硅质原料时对水泥熟料煅烧过程及熟料性能的影响。结果表明,掺入铜尾矿后,水泥生料的易烧性变好,硅酸三钙(C3S)的生成难度降低。掺入铜尾矿前后,熟料中C3S的晶体结构未发生改变,晶型均为M3型。在1 450℃下煅烧的水泥熟料标准稠度用水量、凝结时间和安定性均符合GB/T 21372-2008《硅酸盐水泥熟料》中要求,其力学性能较未掺入铜尾矿时有明显提升。

【Abstract】 Taking the pretreated copper tailings as the research object, the effects of the treated copper tailings on the calcination process of cement clinker properties and the properties of clinker were studied when the siliceous raw materials were replaced by treated copper tailings with high content or full content(5%, 10%, 15% and 18.22%). The results show that when the treated copper tailings are high or even completely replace siliceous raw materials, the burnability of raw meal becomes better, and the difficulty of C3S generation is reduced. Before and after the incorporation of copper tailings, the crystal structure of C3S in the clinker did not change, and the crystal form was M3 type. The standard consistency and water consumption,setting time and stability of cement clinker calcined at 1 450 ℃ all meet the specifications in GB/T 21372-2008 "Portland cement clinker", and its mechanical properties are significantly improved compared with those without copper tailings.
