2,4-DNP胁迫下3种柳属植物的耐受性及净化效果
Tolerance and Purification Effect of Three Salix Species Under 2,4-dinitrophenol Stress
【摘要】 在温室大棚中,以垂柳(Salix babylonica)、旱柳(Salix matsudana)、金丝垂柳(Salix alba‘Tristis’)为试验材料,分别测定2,4-二硝基苯酚(2,4-DNP)浓度分别为0、10、20 mg·L-1处理下3种柳属植物的光合参数、生物量、耐受性指数(TI)和毒害系数(TF)等,综合评价3种柳属植物对2,4-DNP胁迫的耐受性及净化效果。结果表明:3种柳属植物对2,4-DNP胁迫的光合适应能力与耐受性均表现为:旱柳>金丝垂柳>垂柳;3种柳属植物对2,4-DNP的耐受性指数(TI)与毒害系数(TF)整体表现均为旱柳的TI最大,TF最小;3种柳属植物均可较好净化2,4-DNP污染。研究证实,3种柳属植物均可用于2,4-DNP污染环境的植物修复,且旱柳的应用潜力更大,研究结果可为2,4-DNP污染环境的植物修复提供参考。
【Abstract】 The photosynthetic parameters, biomass, tolerance index(TI),toxicity factor(TF) and purification effect of three species of Salix(S.babylonica,S.matsudana and S.alba ‘Tristis’) were determined under 0,10 and 20 mg·L-1 2,4-dinitrophenol(2,4-DNP) stress in greenhouse.The tolerance of three Salix species to 2,4-DNP stress and purification effect was evaluated through comprehensive evaluation.The results show: the photosynthetic adaptability and tolerance of the three Salix species of 2,4-DNP stress were all in the following order: S.matsudana>S.alba ‘Tristis’ >S.babylonica;the TI of S.matsudana namely 71 and 47 corresponding to 10 and 20 mg·L-1 2,4-DNP,was the highest among three Salix species and TF of S.matsudana,namely 28.68 and 53.38 corresponding to 10 and 20 mg·L-1 2,4-DNP,was the smallest among three Salix species.Three species of Salix can purify the 2,4-DNP polluted environment well.It is suggested that the three Salix species can be used for phytoremediation of 2,4-DNP polluted environment, and the application potential of S.matsudana is greater.The results of this research can provide reference for phytoremediatoon of of 2,4-DNP polluted environment.
