菌渣与化肥配施对土壤理化性质及脐橙品质的影响
Effects of Combined Application of Bacterial Residue and Chemical Fertilizer on Soil Physicochemical Properties and Quality of Navel Orange
【摘要】 为了解菌渣与化肥的配施效应,以脐橙园为研究对象,研究菌渣与化肥配合施用对脐橙园土壤理化性质、脐橙产量和果肉品质的影响.结果表明:(1)菌渣与化肥配施能有效改善土壤理化性质。和不施肥(CK)相比,其他5个处理(T1:100%复合肥,T2:100%菌渣,T3:75%菌渣+25%复合肥,T4:50%菌渣+50%复合肥,T5:25%菌渣+75%复合肥)组的土壤pH值从4.41提高到4.70~5.87;有机质含量提升77.65%~270.59%;全氮和碱解氮含量随着菌渣施用量增加先升后降;全钾和速效钾最大值均出现在T2组,分别为117.27和238.70 g·kg-1.(2)菌渣与化肥合理配施可提高树体营养成分,其中T4,T2,T3分别对树体的N、P、K含量影响最为明显。(3)菌渣与化肥合理配施有利于提高脐橙产量和果品品质,其中T4组单果增幅最大;出汁率和可溶性固形物含量T2>T3>T4>T5>T1>CK;糖酸比T4>T2>T5>T3>T1>CK.除此之外,菌渣与化肥配施还能降低脐橙总酸含量,增加维生素C的含量.综上所述,在生产上可以采用50%菌渣+50%复合肥的处理来改善脐橙果园土壤性质并提升脐橙产量和品质.
【Abstract】 In order to understand the combined application effect of bacterial residue and chemical fertilizer, with navel orange orchard as the research object, the effects of combined application of bacterial residue and chemical fertilizer on soil physicochemical properties, navel orange yield and pulp quality of the navel orange orchard were studied. The results show that:(1) the application of fungi residue can effectively improve the soil physical and chemical properties. Compared with control(CK), the soil pH value of other 5 treatments(T1:100% compound fertilizer, T2:100% fungi residue, T3:75% fungi residue +25% compound fertilizer, T4:50% fungi residue +50% compound fertilizerT5:25% fungi residue +75% compound fertilizer) increased from 4.41 to 4.70—5.87; the organic matter content increased by 77.65%—270.59%; the content of total nitrogen and alkaline nitrogen rose first and then decreased with the application amount of fungi residue increased; total and quick potassium maximum were present in the T2 group, 117.27 and 238.70 g·kg-1, respectively.(2) Reasonable allocation of fungi residue and chemical fertilizer can improve the nutritional composition of trees, where T4, T2, T3 has the most obvious effect on the N, P and K contents of the tree bodies, respectively.(3) Reasonable distribution of bacterial residue and chemical fertilizer is beneficial to improve the yield and fruit quality, in which T4 has the largest increase; juice yield and soluble solid content T2>T3>T4>T4>T5>T1>CK; sugar acid ratio T4>T2>T5>T3>T1>CK. In addition, combined application of the fungi residue and chemical fertilizer can also reduce the total acid content of navel orange and increase the content of vitamin C. In conclusion, the combined application of 50% fungi residue and 50% compound fertilizer can be used to improve the soil properties of navel orange orchard and improve the yield and quality of navel orange.
