高校疫情精准管控系统设计与实现

【摘要】 为了解决大型高校在疫情管控中跨市多校区的全员风险管理和人员排查问题,建设一个高效的疫情精准管控系统是十分必要的。本文提出了一种疫情管控系统的设计方案并开发实现,结合省政务公开数据、师生校内行为数据以及师生每日健康打卡数据等多数据源,基于浙江大学数据中台进行数据调度、整合和分析,实现校内动态精准管控。实践结果表明,采用该方案建设的疫情管控系统可以降低管理成本,高效定位风险,减小影响面。

【Abstract】 In order to solve the problem of cross city multi campus risk management and personnel screening in epidemic control in large universities, it is necessary to build an efficient precision epidemic control system. In this paper, a design scheme of epidemic situation control system is proposed and developed. Combined with multiple data sources such as provincial government affairs open data, teacher-student behavior data in school,and teacher-student daily health data, using data center of Zhejiang University to schedule, integration and analysis, realize dynamic and accurate control in the school. The practice results show that the epidemic control system built with this scheme can reduce the management cost, effectively locate risks and reduce the impact.
