促进农-牧-菌循环农业高质量发展的路径与对策

【摘要】 进入新的发展阶段,按照绿色发展新理念要求,深入探索促进农-牧-菌循环农业高质量发展路径与对策,力求为推动农-牧-菌循环农业朝着资源节约与环境友好的高质量绿色发展方向转型升级提供参考借鉴。通过资料梳理与实际调研,分析了国内外食用菌产业发展动态与趋势,阐述了农-牧-菌循环农业高质量发展的主要途径,提出了促进农-牧-菌循环农业高质量发展的对策及其建议。要以农-牧-菌生态循环农业促进农业绿色发展,以农-牧-菌生态循环农业促进农民增收致富,以农-牧-菌生态循环农业助力乡村产业振兴,为实现政策引领,多元投入;科技创新,集成推广;优化构建农企合作,产业集群等体系。提出只有着力把握“生产生态融合”“全产业链拓展”等2个重点,才能实现在保护中开发,在开发中保护,全面推进农-牧-菌循环农业高质量融合发展,力求助力农业绿色发展、乡村产业振兴与农民增收致富。

【Abstract】 According to the requirements of new concept of “green development” in a new stage of development, also to provide reference for promoting the transformation and upgrading of circular agriculture towards high-quality green development of resource conservation and environmental friendliness, strategies and countermeasures which can be used to promote the high-quality development of recycling agriculture of planting industry-animal husbandry-edible fungi were explored in this study. Through data sorting and actual investigation, the development trends of edible fungus were analyzed, the countermeasures and suggestions for promoting high-quality development of recycling agriculture in planting industry-animal husbandry-edible fungi were proposed. It’s necessary to promote the green development, promote farmers’ income and become rich, revitalize rural industries via circular agriculture, and focus on policy guidance and diversified investment, scientific and technological innovation, integrated promotion. The optimization and construction of three systems, including agricultural enterprise cooperation and industrial clusters, should be supported. In summary, this research proposed two key points of “ecological production integration” and “expansion of the whole industrial chain” so that development and protection can be achieved simultaneously. Furthermore, comprehensively promote the high-quality integrated development of recycling agriculture of planting industry-animal husbandry-edible fungi, this study strives to help “green development” of agriculture, the revitalization of rural industries, and the increase of farmers’ income and wealth.
