【摘要】 【目的】探索福建省农业科学院畜牧兽医研究所在连城白鸭原种基础上选育的连城白鸭青壳新品系的生长规律，为连城白鸭新品系的0～17周的生长性能提供参考依据。【方法】测定连城白鸭青壳新品系的0～17周体重数据，对该数据进行分析和拟合Gompertz、Logistic和Von Bertalanff等3种生长拟合曲线模型。【结果】Gompertz、Logistic和Von Bertalanffy三种拟合曲线模型的极限体重（A）分别为1 542.032 g、1 510.456 g和599.036 g，拐点周龄分别3.97周、4.99周和8.26周，拐点体重分别为567.28 g、755.23 g和177.49 g，拟合度（R2）分别为0.997、0.998和0.954。Gompertz和Logistic两个生长拟合曲线模型均能很好地拟合连城白鸭青壳新品系母鸭的生长发育过程，而Von Bertalanffy生长拟合曲线模型并不能很好地拟合青壳新品系母鸭的生长发育过程，与实际观测生长曲线出入较大。【结论】Logistic模型拟合的连城白鸭青壳新品系母鸭生长曲线效果最佳（R2=0.998）。连城白鸭青壳新品系母鸭的极限体重为1 510.456 g，拐点周龄为4.99周，拐点体重为755.23 g，可对连城白鸭青壳新品系的生长规律进行评估和预测。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】Liancheng white duck green shell new strain was selected and bred by institute of animal husbandry and veterinary medicine, Fujian academy of agricultural sciences on the basis of Liancheng white duck original species. To study the growth law of Liancheng white duck green shell new strain, to provide reference for the growth performance of 0-17 weeks. 【Methods】The 0-17weeks body weight data of the new line of Liancheng white duck with green shell were determined, and the data were analyzed and fitted with three growth fitting curve models including Gompertz, Logistic and Von Bertalanff. 【Results】The limit weight(A) of Gompertz, Logistic and Von Bertalanffy’s three fitting curve models were 1 542.032 g, 1 510.456 g and 599.036 g respectively, the inflection point week age was 3.97 weeks, 4.99 weeks and 8.26 weeks respectively, the inflection point weight was 567.28 g, 755.23 g and177.49 g respectively, and the goodness of fit evaluation index(R2) values were 0.997, 0.998 and 0.954 respectively. The two growth fitting curve models, Gompertz and Logistic, can fit the growth and development process well, while the Von Bertalanffy growth fitting curve model can not fit the growth and development process well, and it is quite different from the actual observed growth curve. 【Conclusion】The Logistic model fitted the growth curve best(R2=0.998), which showed that limit weight is 1 510.456 g, the inflection point week age was 4.99 weeks and the inflection point weight was 755.23 g of Liancheng white duck green shell new strain female. The Logistic model can evaluate and predict the growth regularity of Liancheng white duck green shell new strain.更多还原
