败酱草粉对采精应激公羊体况与精液品质影响的研究

【摘要】 为探究败酱草粉对采精应激公羊体况和精液品质的影响,选择体质健康的2~3岁健康公羊15只,随机分为5组进行试验。试验周期为30 d,试验期间测定5组公羊的采食量、饮水量和体重变化,在显微镜下观察并检测精液品质。结果显示:在公羊饲料中添加败酱草粉能够提高公羊的采食量与饮水量;并且提高公羊精子质量,其中败酱草粉处理3组最明显,采精量与对照组相比极显著升高(P<0.01),精子活力与对照组相比显著上升(P<0.05),精子密度与对照组相比极显著升高(P<0.01),精子畸形率与对照组相比极显著降低(P<0.01)。结果表明:在公羊日粮中添加12%败酱草粉能够缓解采精刺激应激,提高精液品质,并对败酱草粉的添加量有剂量依赖性。

【Abstract】 To investigate the effects of patrinia powder on the body condition and semen quality of rams under stress of semen collection, fifteen healthy rams aged 2~3 were selected and randomly divided into 5 groups for the experiment. The experiment period was30 days, during which the changes of feed intake, water intake and body weight of 5 groups of rams were measured, and the semen quality was observed under a microscope. The results showed that the feed intake and water intake of rams were improved by adding patrinia powder to their feed. In addition, the sperm quality of ram was improved, especially in the patrinia meal treatment group 3,compared with the control group, the sperm volume was very significantly increased(P<0.01), sperm motility was significantly increased(P<0.05), sperm density was very significantly increased(P<0.01), and sperm malformation rate was very significantly decreased(P<0.01). The results showed that adding 12% patrinia powder to the ram diet could relieve the stress of semen collection and improve semen quality, and the addition amount of patrinia powder was dose-dependent.
