【摘要】 取一例牛隐孢子虫阳性粪样分别采用1%甲醛溶液（A组）、1%二氯异氰脲酸钠溶液（B组）、2%烧碱溶液（C组）以及密封厌氧发酵（D组）处理，经5 d、10 d、15 d、20 d后分别取样采用蔗糖漂浮、涂片以及改良抗酸染色和镜检检查相应样本中隐孢子虫卵囊数量。结果 A组4个时间节点卵囊数量分别为3.5枚、0.5枚、0枚、0枚；B组4个时间节点卵囊数量分别为1.75枚、0.25枚、0枚、0枚；C组4个时间节点卵囊数量分别为7.5枚、5.25枚、2.75枚、0.75枚；D组4个时间节点卵囊数量分别为9.75枚、6.50枚、4.75枚、3.00枚；而对照组4个时间节点卵囊数量分别为10.50枚、8.50枚、8.00枚、7.25枚。结果表明：4个试验组对牛隐孢子虫卵囊均有不同程度抑杀效果，其中B组效果相对较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 A bovine Cryptosporidium positive fecal sample was selected and treated with 1% formaldehyde solution, 1% sodium dichloroisocyanurate solution, 2% caustic soda solution and sealed anaerobic fermentation, respectively. After 5 d, 10 d, 15 d and 20d, the samples were sampled respectively and tested for the number of Cryptosporidium oocysts in the corresponding samples by sucrose flotation, smear and modified acid-fast staining. Results showed that the number of oocysts at 4 time nodes in group A was 3.5,0.5, 0 and 0, respectively. The number of oocysts at 4 time nodes in group B was 1.75, 0.25, 0 and 0, respectively. The number of oocysts at 4 time nodes in group C was 7.5, 5.25, 2.75 and 0.75, respectively. The number of oocysts at 4 time nodes in group D was 9.75, 6.50, 4.75 and 3.00, respectively. The number of oocysts at 4 time nodes in the control group was 10.50, 8.50, 8.00 and 7.25,respectively. The results showed that the four groups had different inhibitory effects on the oocysts of Cryptosporidium bovis, and the effect of group B was relatively better.更多还原
