电弧加热高焓风洞流场诊断和驻室参数计算方法

【摘要】 为了在常规高超声速风洞模拟马赫数10及以上的流场,电弧加热器是一种有效获得高温试验气体的方法。针对中国航天空气动力技术研究院电弧加热高超声速风洞(FD-16高线)开展研究,通过可调谐二极管激光吸收光谱技术(Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy,TDLAS)流场诊断技术,对喷管出口NO浓度进行定量测量,五次平均摩尔浓度5.73%。分析了电弧加热的流场化学反应,建立了驻室混合气体模型,结合流场诊断结果和驻室混合气体模型,建立电弧加热高焓风洞驻室参数计算方法,得到了此风洞与热完全气体模型驻室参数计算的差异,为后续进行风洞测力试验的马赫数修正提供了具体有效的方法。

【Abstract】 In order to simulate the flow field of Mach number 10 and above in the conventional hypersonic wind tunnel, arc heater is an effective method to obtain high temperature test gas. The research is carried out in the arc-heated hypersonic wind tunnel(FD-16 high line) of the China Academy of Aerospace Aerodynamic.Through the TDLAS(Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy) flow field diagnosis technology, the NO concentration at the nozzle outlet is quantitatively measured. The average molar concentration of the five times is 5.73%. The chemical reaction analysis of the arc heating flow field is carried out, and the chamber mixed gas model is established. Combined with the flow field diagnosis result and the chamber mixed gas model, the calculation method of the chamber parameters of the high enthalpy are heating wind tunnel is established.The difference between the chamber parameters of this wind tunnel and thermal perfect gas model is obtained,which provides a theoretical basis for the subsequent Mach correction of the wind tunnel force test.
