【摘要】 为了客观评价高校实验室安全管理，运用DHGF集成法，构建了一套涉及危险化学品实验室的安全管理评价体系。该体系从人员、仪器设备、危险化学品、工艺、环境、规章制度、应急管理7个方面入手，采用Delphi法确定评估的指标集，再利用AHP与灰色关联方法确定各指标权重并计算出评价结果。最后基于构建的评价体系对杨凌职业技术学院—药物与化工分院药学实训中心安全运行现状进行分析评价，评价安全等级结果为良好，可为实验室管理者找出安全管理的薄弱环节，明确改进方向，切实有效地提升高校实验室的安全管理能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to objectively evaluate the safety management of university laboratories,a safety management evaluation system for dangerous chemicals laboratories was established by using DHGF integration method.This system starts from 7 aspects of personnel,equipment,dangerous chemicals,process,environment,rules and regulations,emergency management,and uses Delphi method to determine the evaluation index set,AHP and gray correlation method are used to determine the weight of each index and to calculate the evaluation results.Finally,based on the established evaluation system,the safety operation status of the pharmaceutical training center of yangling vocational and technical college-college of medicine and chemical industry was analyzed and evaluated,it can find out the weak link of the safety management for the laboratory manager,make clear the direction of improvement,and effectively improve the safety management ability of the university laboratory.更多还原
