【摘要】 目的 探讨甘遂半夏汤穴位敷贴在宫颈癌术后膀胱功能障碍患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2020年1月1日至2021年12月31日湖北省妇幼保健院收治的60例宫颈癌术后膀胱功能障碍患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组，每组各30例。两组均术后留置导尿管，对照组未采取药物干预，治疗组采取甘遂半夏汤穴位敷贴，比较两组术后拔尿管时间、术后泌尿系统感染情况。结果 治疗组术后拔尿管时间短于对照组，白细胞、隐血、亚硝酸盐阳性检出率低于对照组（P <0.05）。结论 甘遂半夏汤穴位敷贴应用于宫颈癌术后膀胱功能障碍患者中，可以缩短术后拔尿管时间，降低术后泌尿系统感染发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of Gansui Banxia Decoction acupoint application in patients with bladder dysfunction after cervical cancer surgery. Methods A total of 60 patients with bladder dysfunction after cervical cancer surgery admitted to Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Hubei Province from January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2021 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into treatment group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. Both groups were given postoperative urethral catheter, the control group did not take the drug intervention, the treatment group was given Gansui Banxia Decoction acupoint application. The postoperative catheter extraction time and postoperative urinary system infection were compared between the two groups. Results The postoperative catheter extraction time of the treatment group was shorter than that of the control group, and the positive detection rates of white blood cells, occult blood and nitrite were lower than those of the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion The Gansui Banxia Decoction acupoint application in patients with bladder dysfunction after cervical cancer surgery can shorten the postoperative catheter extraction time and reduce the incidence of postoperative urinary system infection.更多还原
