【摘要】 过敏性紫癜是3～10岁儿童较为常见的系统性小血管炎，多与食物、药物过敏及感染等有关。皮肤紫癜伴关节疼痛、剧烈腹痛、血便及血尿是过敏性紫癜常见的临床表现。本病预后良好，少数会发展为肾衰竭。近年来，过敏性紫癜发病率呈上升趋势，其发病机制及防治成为临床研究的重点。相关实验室检查对过敏性紫癜患儿肾脏早期受累情况有一定的预测价值。本文对过敏性紫癜病情及预后辅助检查进行综述，为临床预测肾损害、早期治疗提供依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Henoch-Sch?nlein purpura is a more common systemic small vasculitis in children aged 3 to 10 years,which is mostly related to food, drug allergy, infection and so on. Skin purpura with joint pain, severe abdominal pain,bloody stool and hematuria are the common clinical manifestations of Henoch-Sch?nlein purpura. The prognosis of the disease is good, and a few cases will develop into renal failure. In recent years, the incidence of Henoch-Sch?nlein purpura is on the rise, and its pathogenesis, prevention and treatment have become the focus of clinical research.Related laboratory tests have certain predictive value for early renal involvement in children with Henoch-Sch?nlein purpura. This paper reviews the condition and prognosis of Henoch-Sch?nlein purpura, so as to provide a basis for clinical prediction of renal damage and early treatment.更多还原
