【摘要】 目的 探讨分级管理护理联合渐进式肌肉放松训练对乳腺癌化疗所致恶心呕吐（CINV）的临床效果。方法 选取2021年12月至2022年2月邹城市人民医院乳甲血管疝外科收治的168例乳腺癌化疗患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组各84例。对照组予以常规药物止吐护理，观察组采用分级管理护理联合渐进式肌肉放松训练。比较两组急性期和延迟期恶心呕吐的发生情况。结果 观察组急性期与延迟期的恶心、呕吐发生率均低于对照组（P <0.05）。结论 分级管理护理联合渐进式肌肉放松训练可有效改善乳腺癌CINV情况，值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of graded management nursing combined with progressive muscle relaxation training on chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting(CINV) of breast cancer. Methods A total of 168 breast cancer patients with chemotherapy admitted to the Department of Breast and Thyroid Vascular Surgery in Zoucheng People’s Hospital from December 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method, with 84cases in each group. The control group was given conventional antiemetic nursing, and the observation group was given graded management nursing combined with progressive muscle relaxation training. The incidence of nausea and vomiting in acute stage and delayed stage were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of nausea and vomiting in the acute stage and delayed stage in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Graded management nursing combined with progressive muscle relaxation training can effectively improve CINV of breast cancer, and it is worthy of clinical promotion.更多还原
