【摘要】 目的 探讨盐酸氨溴索联合布地奈德治疗小儿支气管炎的临床效果。方法 选取2020年5月至2022年5月莒县人民医院收治的60例支气管炎患儿，按照抽签法分为对照组和研究组，每组各30例。对照组采用布地奈德治疗，研究组采用盐酸氨溴索联合布地奈德治疗。比较两组炎症因子水平、免疫指标及肺功能指标。结果 治疗后，研究组白细胞介素-6与免疫球蛋白A水平均优于对照组（P <0.05）。治疗后，研究组用力肺活量和第1秒用力呼气容积均高于对照组（P <0.05）。结论 盐酸氨溴索联合布地奈德治疗小儿支气管炎可有效降低炎症因子水平，改善免疫功能及肺功能，值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Ambroxol Hydrochloride combined with Budesonide in the treatment of bronchitis in children. Methods A total of 60 children with bronchitis admitted to Juxian People’s Hospital from May 2020 to May 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and the study group according to the lottery method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Budesonide, and the study group was treated with Ambroxol Hydrochloride combined with Budesonide. The levels of inflammatory factors, immune indexes and lung function indexes were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the levels of interleukin-6and immunoglobulin A in the study group were better than those in the control group(P < 0.05). After treatment, forced vital capacity and forced expiratory volume in one second in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Ambroxol Hydrochloride combined with Budesonide in the treatment of bronchitis in children can effectively reduce the levels of inflammatory factors and improve the immune function and lung function, which is worthy of clinical application.更多还原
