【摘要】 目的 分析新生儿疾病筛查采血量不足的原因，研究合理解决措施。方法 选取2021年8月至2022年8月在平邑县人民医院出生且在预防接种室接受疾病筛查268例新生儿作为研究对象，其中发生采血不足的新生儿128例，分析采血量不足原因，制订相应对策。结果 影响新生儿采血量不足因素包括采血时机、采血环境、采血位置、采血体位、采血温度（P <0.05）。结论 采血量不足在新生儿采血过程中较常见，临床结合实际情况制订相应的措施可有效改善此种情况。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the causes of insufficient blood collection in neonatal disease screening, and study reasonable countermeasures. Methods From August 2021 to August 2022, 268 newborns born in People’s Hospital of Pingyi County and receiving disease screening in the vaccination room were selected as the study objects, including 128newborns with insufficient blood collection. The causes of insufficient blood collection were analyzed and corresponding countermeasures were formulated. Results The factors influencing the insufficient blood collection of newborns included the time, environment, position, body position and temperature of blood collection(P < 0.05). Conclusion Insufficiency of blood collection is common in the process of neonatal blood collection, which can be effectively improved by formulating corresponding measures in combination with the actual situation.更多还原
