原料和制浆工艺对泾县楮皮纸性能的影响研究
The Influences of Papermaking Raw Material and Technology on the Properties of Jing County Mulberry Paper
【摘要】 安徽泾县楮皮纸制作过程中使用不同的造纸原料和制浆工艺,是纸张性能具有差异性的本质原因。文本以泾县4种制浆工艺不同的混料楮皮纸为研究对象,对比分析纸张的显微形态、紧度、吸湿性、热稳定性、耐久性等,探讨造纸原料和制浆工艺对楮皮纸性能的影响。研究结果表明:现代工艺在楮皮原料中加入适当比例的针叶木浆,可促进纤维的结合,从而提高纸张的紧度,并增强纸张的吸湿能力,但会降低纸张的热稳定性。使用强碱蒸煮和次氯酸盐漂白可提升纸张初始白度。由楮皮纸老化后各项指标可知,传统工艺的楮皮纸在老化进程中表现出较好的强度和酸碱度稳定性。现代工艺中仅经过强碱一次蒸煮的楮皮纸耐久性优于同时采用强碱蒸煮和次氯酸盐漂白的楮皮纸。强碱蒸煮和次氯酸盐漂白会对纸张内部化学结构造成一定程度损伤,且在老化进程中愈加明显;次氯酸盐漂白会加快纸张返黄及酸化。
【Abstract】 Anhui Jing County mulberry paper productive process is complicated. The effects of mulberry paper with different papermaking raw materials and technologies on paper properties in Jing County were studied. The fiber micromorphology, density, moisture absorption, thermal stability and durability of four kinds of samples were compared and analyzed. The results showed that adding an appropriate proportion of softwood pulp to the raw material of mulberry content could promote the combination of fibers, improve the tightness of the paper, and enhance the moisture absorption of mulberry paper. However, it was unfavorable to the thermal stability because of reducing the pyrolysis temperature. The treatment of hypochlorite bleaching and cooking process could and improve the initial D65 brightness of Jing County mulberry paper. From the indicators after artificial aging showed that mulberry paper of the traditional process showed good strength and pH stability during the aging process. In modern papermaking technology, the durability of mulberry paper that had only been steamed once with caustic soda was better than mulberry paper that used caustic soda cooking and hypochlorite bleaching. Caustic soda cooking and hypochlorite bleaching could cause damage to the paper internal chemical structure, which become more obvious in the aging process. Hypochlorite bleaching accelerated the yellowing and acidification of paper.
