新发展格局下中国制造业价值链升级路径——基于里昂惕夫分解的测度分析

【摘要】 文章深入分析了新发展格局下中国制造业价值链升级的内涵、特征和路径,并拓展运用里昂惕夫方法,完善价值链升级路径测度体系,建构了新发展格局下中国制造业价值链升级路径的分析框架。研究发现,中国制造业价值链升级动能已转向以国内大循环为主,但尚未借此突破“中低阶升级”瓶颈,创新密集型行业还止步于内循环主导的升级路径之外。按增值模式看,基于一般贸易的长链循环模式主导了制造业升级过程,基于加工贸易的短链循环模式也为制造业构筑了基于国内大市场优势的升级空间;按内外循环看,外循环增加值结构均衡化、多元化调整,为内循环“主位”赋能,有助于制造业价值链升级,创新密集型行业受益于此,从“被动参与”向“主动构建”价值链的新阶段转化。

【Abstract】 This paper deeply analyzes the connotation, characteristics and path of the manufacturing value chain upgrading under the new development pattern, and uses the Leontief Decomposition improves the measurement of the value chain upgrading path, initially constructs the analysis framework of China’s manufacturing value chain upgrading path under the new development pattern. The research emphasizes that the upgrading driving force of China’s manufacturing industry value chain has turned to be dominated by China’s domestic economic cycle, but it has not broken through the characteristics of “middle and low-level upgrading, ” and innovation-intensive industries are still outside the upgrade path dominated by China’s domestic economic cycle. From the perspective of value-added mode, external circulation added value structure equalization, diversification adjustment energizes the leading role of the internal circulation, which is conducive to the upgrading of the manufacturing value chain. Innovation-intensive industries benefit from this and are transforming from “passive participation” to a new stage of “active construction” of the value chain.
