九峰国家森林公园3种林分芬多精成分分析
Components of Phytoncides of Three Stands in Jiufeng National Forest Park
【摘要】 为了解九峰国家森林公园芬多精的主要成分及相对含量,以马尾松林、枫香林和油桐林为研究对象,采用热脱附-气相色谱-质谱(TD-GC-MS)联用法分析林分中芬多精的主要成分及相对含量。结果表明:马尾松林中相对含量最高的为左旋樟脑14.68%,枫香林中相对含量最高的为癸醛6.59%,油桐林中相对含量最高的为反式角鲨烯9.00%;马尾松林、枫香林、油桐林中萜类物质相对含量为40.71%、17.72%、24.22%,尤其马尾松林中萜类物质含量最高,具有较好的森林疗养功效。
【Abstract】 In order to understand the main components and relative contents of phytoncides in Jiufeng National Forest Park, the main components and relative contents of phytoncides of pinus massoniana forest, Liquidambar forest and tungoiltree forest were analyzed by thermal desorption with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(TD-GC-MS). The results showed that the highest relative content in Pinus massoniana was L-camphor(14.68%),and the highest relative content in Liquidambar forest was decanal(6.59%),the highest relative content in tungoiltree forest is trans-squalene(9.00%)the relative contents of terpenes in Pinus massoniana forest, Liquidambar forest and tungoiltree forest were 40.71%,17.72% and 24.22%,especially the content of terpenes in Pinus massoniana forest is the highest, which has a good forest therapy effect.
