【摘要】 哈萨克斯坦是中国的重要邻国，是中国在中亚地区最大的经济合作伙伴和丝绸之路经济带上的重要支点国家，中哈已经成为中国与“一带一路”沿线国家合作的典范。30年来，中哈经贸合作经历了三个不同的时期，总体上贸易额显著增长，投资合作持续提质升级，合作模式不断创新，成就斐然，两国在贸易、投资、产能和金融合作等方面创造了诸多个“第一”。站在新的黄金30年的起点上，中哈经贸合作既具备国家发展战略对接、机制建设不断丰富和完善、政府间多项协议提供法制保障等良好基础，又面临哈萨克斯坦2022年“一月事件”和乌克兰危机升级影响、大国博弈加剧区域安全环境恶化等巨大挑战。展望未来，由于中哈经贸发展的韧性较强，潜力巨大，进一步深化经贸合作前景广阔。更多还原

【Abstract】 For China, Kazakhstan is an important neighbor and the largest economic partner in Central Asia. It plays a fulcrum role in the Silk Road Economic Belt. The cooperation between the two countries has become a model for China’s cooperation with countries alongside the Belt and Road.Over the past 30 years, China-Kazakhstan economic and trade cooperation has experienced three different stages in terms of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two sides, the establishment of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization and the proposition of the "Belt and Road" initiative.Within the three stages, the trade volume between the two sides has grown significantly, their investment cooperation has been improved and upgraded,and the cooperation models have continued to innovate. Moreover, the two countries have created many "firsts" in trade, investment, production capacity and financial cooperation. Economic and trade cooperation has become an important cooperation field between the two countries, driving the overall level of Asia-Europe regional economic cooperation. Standing at the starting point of the new golden 30 years, the alignment of their national development strategies, continuously enriched and improved mechanism construction, and a number of agreements and legal guarantees between the governments provide good foundations for China-Kazakhstan economic and trade cooperation. But Kazakhstan’s January 2022 event, the escalation of the Ukrainian crisis, the intensification of the game of great powers and the deterioration of the regional security environment also bring huge challenges. Looking into the future, due to its strong resilience and huge potential, China-Kazakhstan’s economic and trade cooperation still has broad prospects.更多还原
