再热蒸汽加热热一次风优化研究

【摘要】 针对锅炉燃用高水分、高灰分煤种时热一次风温度偏低、高温再热蒸汽超温的问题,提出了3种利用再热蒸汽加热热一次风方案。根据抽汽位置的不同,加热蒸汽可分为低温再热蒸汽、低温再热器出口再热蒸汽和高温再热蒸汽。定量地分析了3种方案改造后的机组热经济性、改造初投资和设备占地面积。结果表明,抽取再热蒸汽加热一次风对于降低机组的煤耗具有显著的作用,并且抽取再热蒸汽的温度越低、负荷越高,机组的煤耗率降低得越多。

【Abstract】 Focusing on the issue of low hot primary air temperature when burning high-water and high-ash coals, three schemes for using reheated steam to heat hot primary air is proposed. By the different stream extraction positions, the steam may be high-temperature reheated steam, reheated steam after low-temperature reheater, or low-temperature reheated steam. The economics, investment and land print of the three schemes are quantitatively analyzed. Results showed that reheated steam was apparently benefitable to reducing the standard coal consumption rate when heating the primary air. Moreover, the lower the temperature of extracted reheated steam, the higher the unit load, more benefit can be achieved.
