【摘要】 为帮助新创企业突破创新困境、提高企业绩效，本文在精益创业理论的基础上，构建了包含效果逻辑、稳定调整型资源整合、开拓创造型资源整合、创业共识能力、监测调控能力以及专长配置能力6个前因条件的组态模型。通过组态分析，得出了以下结论：（1）企业的机会创造能力、资源整合能力和创业认知能力都对实现高企业绩效具有重要的正向作用；（2）高效果逻辑、高开拓创造型资源整合以及高创业认知能力的企业相比其他企业更容易获得高绩效；（3）稳定调整型资源整合方式对实现高企业绩效并不会起到关键作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 To help new ventures overcome innovation difficulties and improve business performance,based on the theory of lean startup,configuration model was constructed,which encompassed six antecedents like effect logic,stable and adjustable resource integration,creative resource integration, entrepreneurship consensus capability,monitoring and control capability as well as expertise allocation.Through the analysis of the configuration,conclusions were drawn as follows:(1) all the ability of opportunity creation,resource integration and entrepreneurial cognition had significant positive effects on the achievement of high start-up performance;(2) The stable and adjustable resource integration mode did not play a key role in realizing high start-up performance;(3) there was a substitution relationship between monitoring and control capability and expertise allocation capability for enterprises that possessed high logic and creative resource integration approach but lacked stable and adjustable resource integration approach.更多还原
