【Abstract】 This paper discusses the new mode of training innovative talents in the face of the demand for innovative talents in automation, combined with the practice of training innovative ability in automation technology in the case, and improves the innovative ability of students through the measures of diversified design of courses, teaching design and practice of courses, application of innovative training platform, and organization of discipline competitions.
