现浇盖板钢底模在重力式码头工程中的应用

【摘要】 针对防城港榕木江西港点1#~6#泊位万吨级泊位现浇盖板设计问题,考虑工程所在浅海地貌及码头停泊特点,提出先装模浇筑盖板,再浇筑胸墙及轨道梁的施工顺序。首先从6#泊位开始,圆筒外壁架设支撑三角架底模平台,底模平台搭设好后再随盖板、胸墙分仓浇筑顺序分别进行钢筋绑扎,盖板钢筋绑扎好后进行靠船构件安装及盖板侧模安装加固。接着通过汽车泵进行混凝土入仓振捣施工,盖板浇筑完成后进行拆模及施工缝处理。最后再依次上升进行▽3.5 m以上胸墙、肋梁、轨道梁钢筋绑扎和模板安装,胸墙浇筑至+6.92 m高程,轨道梁浇筑至+6.83 m,胸墙预留8 cm厚度作为面层混凝土浇筑。施工实践表明:现浇盖板钢底模在重力式码头工程中的应用可节约工期,施工质量好,不受浪潮冲击影响。

【Abstract】 In view of the design of cast-in-place cover plates for 10000 tonnage berths of 1 #~6 # berths at Rongmu Jiangxi Port,Fangcheng Port, taking into account the shallow sea landform and the characteristics of the wharf, the construction sequence of installing and pouring the cover plates first, and then pouring the breast wall and track beam is proposed. First of all, starting from the 6 # berth, the outer wall of the cylinder shall be erected with a supporting tripod bottom formwork platform. After the bottom formwork platform is erected, the reinforcement shall be bound separately along with the placing sequence of the cover plate and the breast wall. After the reinforcement of the cover plate is bound, the berthing component and the side formwork of the cover plate shall be installed and reinforced.Then the concrete warehousing and vibrating construction shall be carried out through the truck pump, and the formwork removal and construction joint treatment shall be carried out after the pouring of the cover plate. Finally, the reinforcement binding and formwork installation of breast wall, rib beam and track beam above-3.5 m shall be carried out in turn. The breast wall shall be poured to the elevation of+6.92 m, the track beam shall be poured to+6.83 m, and the breast wall shall be reserved with 8 cm thickness as the surface concrete pouring. The construction practice shows that the application of the cast-in-place cover plate steel bottom formwork in the gravity wharf project can save the construction period, and the construction quality is good, which is not affected by the impact of the tide.
