基于工程教育认证的多元协同人才培养模式研究——以德州学院互联网产业学院为例

【摘要】 工程教育认证理念对于计算机类人才培养有重要指导作用。结合创新性应用型本科高校及地方企业对人才素质的基本要求,充分考虑当前计算机类人才培养现状,德州学院与地方优质企业共建德州学院互联网产业学院。以成果为导向,构建基于工程教育认证的多元协同人才培养模式,共同为社会培养创新性应用型需求人才,提升人才培养质量。

【Abstract】 The concept of engineering education certification plays an important guiding role in the cultivation of computer talents. Based on combining with the basic requirements of innovative application-oriented undergraduate colleges and local enterprises for talent quality and considering the current status of computer talent training, a Dezhou university internet industry college was built by Dezhou University and the local high-quality enterprise. Guided by results, a multi-coordinated talent training model based on engineering education certification was built. The innovative and applied talents were jointly cultivated for social needs.The quality improvement of talent training was promoted.
