跨界融合深化应用型人才培养模式改革

【摘要】 在分析企业与高校的发展需求、资源优势与不足的基础上,发掘各主体合作的内动力,探索融合之道,改变以往校企合作过程中“冷热不均的局面”,实现各主体之间相互服务、协同发展,使企业能够切实参与到高校人才培养的全过程,从而提高人才培养质量。同时,高校之间要相互学习、深化合作,资源共建共享。考虑到工科技术应用的学科交叉性,将相关专业资源整合,拓宽学生的知识面,提高其社会适应性,将是跨界融合深化应用型人才培养模式改革的重点所在。

【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of the development needs, resource advantages and disadvantages, we explores the internal driving force of cooperation and explores the way of synergy between universities and enterprises. In order to change the “ Uneven hot and cold situation” in the process of cooperation between universities and enterprises in the past, and realize mutual service and coordinated development among various subjects, so that enterprises can effectively participate in the whole process of talent training in universities, to improve the quality of talent training. At the same time, universities should learn from each other, deepen cooperation, and build and share resources. Considering the interdisciplinary nature of engineering technology,relevant professional resources should be integrated, to broaden students’ knowledge horizon and improve their social adaptability.
