高职院校种子专业家庭农场粮食生产经营“1+X”证书推进困境及制约因素研究

【摘要】 党的十八大以来，党和国家高度重视技能人才队伍建设，激励更多劳动者特别是青年一代走技能成才、技能报国之路，为全面建设社会主义现代化国家提供有力的技能人才保障。同时，党的二十大报告提出“教育、科技、人才是全面建设社会主义现代化国家的基础性、战略性支撑”“深入实施科教兴国战略、人才强国战略、创新驱动发展战略，开辟发展新领域新赛道，不断塑造发展新动能新优势”。基于这种时代发展的现实需求，作者将该文的研究重点，放在高职院校种子专业家庭农场粮食生产经营“1+X”证书推进困境及制约因素研究之上，以便于为我国职业技能人才的培养提供坚实助力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the 18th CPC National Congress, the party and the state have attached great importance to the building of skilled personnel, encouraging more workers, especially the younger generation, to take the road of skilled talents and skills and serve the country, which will provide a strong guarantee of skilled talents for building a modern socialist country in an all-round way. At the same time, the report of the 20th CPC National Congress put forward the idea that "science, technology and talents are the basic and strategic support for building a modern socialist country in an all-round way" and suggested "implementing the strategy of invigorating the country through science, technology and education, the strategy of reinvigorating the country through human resource development, and the strategy of innovation-driven development; opening up new fields and channels of development; and constantly shaping new drive and advantages for development". Based on the realistic needs of the development of this era, the author focuses on the research on the challenges and restrictive factors of grain production and management "1 +X" certification in family farm of seed specialty in vocational colleges, in order to provide solid help for the training of vocational and skilled talents in our country.更多还原
