种植密度对寒地二年生桔梗营养成分及微量元素含量的影响

【摘要】 桔梗含有药理、营养成分和具有较高的观赏性,是药食赏兼用的植物。为研究不同种植密度对寒地桔梗营养成分及微量元素含量的影响,该研究以二年生桔梗为材料,试验设置T1(5 cm×20 cm)、T2(10 cm×20 cm)、T3(15 cm×20 cm)3个不同栽植密度处理。结果表明,寒地二年生桔梗种植密度为T3处理时根系鲜重、根长最高,可达35.26 g和9.57 cm,蛋白质含量在9.45%~12.22%之间;不同种植密度桔梗根系粗纤维和多糖含量存在显著差异性且表现为随着种植密度的减小而升高,T3处理根系粗纤维和多糖含量分别达9.32%和18.53%;Fe、Cu、Zn微量元素均随着种植密度的增大而减少,T3处理Fe、Cu、Zn含量分别为86.30、8.3、22.38μg/g。寒地种植二年生桔梗当密度为15 cm×20 cm时,桔梗主要营养成分和微量元素含量最高。

【Abstract】 Platycodon grandiflorum contains pharmacology, nutrition and high ornamental properties. It is a plant that can be used for medicine, food and appreciation. In order to study the effects of different planting densities on the nutritional components and trace elements content of Platycodon grandiflorum in cold areas, this study took two-year Platycodon grandiflorum as material.T1(5 cm × 20 cm), T2(10 cm × 20 cm) and T3(15 cm × 20 cm) were treated with different planting densities.The results showed as follows: T3treatment, the root fresh weight and root length were up to 35.26 g and 9.57 cm, and the protein content was between 9.45% and 12.22%. There were significant differences in root crude fiber and polysaccharide contents of Platycodon grandiflorum at different planting densities, and they increased with the decrease of planting density. The root crude fiber and polysaccharide contents of T3 treatment were 9.32% and 18.53%, respectively. Fe, Cu and Zn trace elements decreased with the increase of planting density, and the contents of Fe, Cu and Zn in T3 treatment were 86.30 μg/g, 8.3 μg/g and 22.38 μg/g,respectively. The content of main nutrients and trace elements of Platycodon grandiflorum was the highest when the density of Platycodon grandiflorum was 15 cm×20 cm.
