河北省种植业新型经营主体发展特征及策略建议

【摘要】 新型农业经营主体在引领小农户衔接现代农业方面发挥着主力军作用，是推动乡村振兴的重要抓手。该文以河北省种植业新型经营主体为研究对象，基于实地调研，从新型经营主体人员特征、土地流转特征、种植收益和新型经营主体的联合程度几个方面，分析河北省种植业新型经营主体的基本特征。由此，提出了河北省种植业新型经营主体发展的对策建议，加强农业企业与高校的交流合作，加强新型经营主体培训力度，发挥政府的引导支持作用，加强新型经营主体之间的合作联合。更多还原

【Abstract】 New agricultural business entities play important role in connecting small farmers with modern agriculture. And new agricultural business entities have become an important starting point for promoting rural revitalization. Based on field research, this paper analyzes the basic characteristics of new business entities in the planting industry in Hebei Province from personnel characteristics, land transfer characteristics, planting income, and the degree of integration of new business entities. Therefore, this paper proposes several countermeasures and suggestions for the development of new business entities in the planting industry in Hebei Province, which include: strengthening the communication and cooperation between agricultural enterprises and universities;strengthening the training of new business entities; playing the role of government guidance and support; and strengthening the cooperation between new business entities.更多还原
