农林院校教师发展支持服务体系对教师专业素质能力影响的研究

【Abstract】 The construction of high-quality education system is a new task for China’s higher education, and the construction of high-quality professional teachers is the key to the construction of high-quality education system. In this context, to improve teachers’ professional quality and ability and improve the teacher development system has become the focus of higher education reform. Taking the teacher Teaching Development Center of Northeast Forestry University as the research object, this paper explores the influence of teacher development support service system on teachers’ professional quality and ability from the aspects of perfecting teacher development system and building a strong teacher development platform.更多还原
