农学专业实践教学新体系构建研究

【摘要】 湖南文理学院农学专业是湖南省特色专业、湖南省一流专业建设点。近年来，面对不断变化的农业行业形势，面对国家及地方对农学专门人才的需求变化，特别是对人才实践动手能力及创新创业能力的相关要求，专业点积极探索实践教学改革，通过整合专业课程实习、顶岗实习和创新创业等方式已逐步构建了专业实践教学新体系。教学运行实施表明该实践教学新体系符合人才培养规律，符合社会对人才的相关要求。新体系建立以来，学生实践动手能力显著增强，创新创业意识进一步强化，人才培养质量逐渐提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 The agronomy major of Hunan University of Arts and Science is a provincial-level characteristic major and a provincial-level first-class major construction site. In recent years, in the face of the constantly changing situation of the agricultural industry and the changing demand of the central and local governments for agricultural professionals, especially the relevant requirements for the practical ability and innovation and entrepreneurship ability of talents, the agronomy major has actively explored the practice teaching reform, and gradually established a new system of professional practice teaching by integrating professional course practice, post practice, innovation and entrepreneurship. The implementation of teaching operation shows that the new practical teaching system accords with the law of talent training and the relevant requirements of the society for talents. Since the establishment of the new system, students’ practical ability has been significantly enhanced, their awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship has been further strengthened, and the quality of personnel training has been gradually improved.更多还原
