【摘要】 随着我国经济的高速发展，产业结构调整不断加快，各行各业对技术技能人才的需求也越来越大。生源结构对职业教育高质量发展有着重要影响，直接影响着技术技能人才培养的质量，间接影响着职业教育的专业结构。通过文献分析发现，普通高中学校数量大于中职学校，且差距逐渐拉大，2019年以来中职学校招生人数有所增加；高职院校数量远超过普通本科院校，且招生人数在2019年后有较大增幅，这与百万扩招政策密切相关。目前职业教育生源结构存在生源单一、生源质量不佳、生源本地化等特点。政策制度、区域经济、人口、传统观念、学校自身建设、家庭等方面，是影响职业教育生源结构的主要因素。因此提出政府部门需不断完善各项政策制度；职业院校要紧密联系产业，提高自身办学水平；树立良好的职业教育社会形象等建议，多方共同促进职业教育生源结构的进一步优化。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of China’s economy, industrial structuring continues to accelerate, and the demand for skilled personnel in various industries is growing. The student source structure has an important impact on the high-quality development of vocational education, which directly affects the quality of skilled personnel training and indirectly affects the professional structure of vocational education. The literature analysis reveals that the number of high schools is higher than that of secondary vocational schools, and the gap is gradually widening, accompanying with the increase of the secondary vocational schools’ enrollment since 2019. The number of higher vocational colleges has far exceeded the number of general undergraduate colleges, and the enrollment increased significantly after 2019, which is closely related to the million expansion policy. The current student source structure of vocational education is characterized by a single source of students, poor quality of students and localization of students. The main factors affecting the student source structure of vocational education are the policy system, regional economy, population, traditional thoughts, school’s construction quality and family impacts.Therefore, it is suggested that government departments should continue to improve the policies and systems;vocational colleges should closely relate with industries and improve their quality of education; and establish a good social image for vocational education, so that the further optimization of the student source structure of vocational education can be jointly promoted by multiple parties.vocational education; student source structure; influencing factors; high-quality development;更多还原
