【摘要】 本文利用云计算、负载均衡、容灾备份、数据加密等技术，构建了集土地资源查找、竞买申请、网上竞价、成交确认等功能于一体的网上交易系统。系统按照“低耦合，高内聚”的理念，建立了性能稳定、响应快速、负载均衡、数据保密、安全可靠的交易系统。网上交易系统的设计与应用消除了竞买人参与申购的时间和空间的限制，整个交易全过程通过互联网完成，使国有建设用地使用权交易的效率得到了提高，交易的成本得到了降低。系统的设计与应用是政务管理与商品交易的跨界融合，有利于自然资源管理部门集中监管，避免违规交易的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 The system utilizes cloud computing, load balancing, disaster recovery backup, data encryption and other technologies.
