压电-磁致伸缩结构的磁电天线辐射模型解析与优化设计
Radiation Model Analysis and Optimization Design of Magnetoelectric Antenna with Piezoelectric-magnetostrictive Structure
【摘要】 研究了基于电-声-磁能量转换的新机理磁电天线,利用三维有限元仿真软件以及后续数据可视化处理,对磁电天线进行三维全尺寸模型设计、辐射理论分析、结构尺寸优化。通过仿真分析磁电天线的感应近场,确定其磁偶极子的辐射特性。分析了影响磁电天线性能的关键参数,通过优化磁电天线结构的长宽比和厚度比使其获得最大辐射功率。经过计算和仿真,磁电天线尺寸为50×11×2μm~3。在射频电压的激励下,磁电天线谐振频率为11.26 MHz,增益为-26.2 dB。该仿真分析为磁电天线的可设计、可定制提供理论指导。
【Abstract】 The magneto-electric antenna based on the new mechanism of electric-acoustic-magnetic energy conversion is studied.Three-dimensional full-size model design, radiation theory analysis and structural size optimization of the magnetoelectric antenna are carried out by using 3D finite element simulation software and subsequent data visualization processing.The induced near field of magnetoelectric antenna is simulated and the radiation characteristics of its magnetic dipole are determined.The key parameters affecting the performance of magnetoelectric antenna are analyzed, and the maximum radiation power can be obtained by optimizing the length-width ratio and thickness ratio of magnetoelectric antenna structure.After calculation and simulation, the size of the magnetoelectric antenna is 50×11×2 μm~3.Under the excitation of the radio frequency voltage, the resonant frequency of the magneto-electric antenna is 11.26 MHz and the gain is-26.2 dB.The simulation analysis can provide theoretical guidance for designing and customizing magnetoelectric antenna.
