开缝蜂窝结构电磁/力学综合性能设计
Design of electromagnetic/mechanical properties of slot honeycomb structure
【摘要】 蜂窝吸波材料在特殊应用中需要功能孔径,开缝蜂窝吸波材料的电磁/力学性能研究可进一步拓展其应用领域。针对传统蜂窝吸波结构,设计了一种蜂窝开缝形式,并研究了不同开缝方式对蜂窝吸波材料电磁/力学性能的影响。研究开缝蜂窝吸波材料在不同开缝率情况下的位移-载荷关系特性,当开缝率在5.4%之内,开缝蜂窝力学性能变化较小;随着开缝率的增大,蜂窝的抗压能力明显降低。研究了开缝长度、宽度以及缝隙上下宽度不一致时,蜂窝在8~12 GHz单站RCS(Radar Cross Section)特性。对于水平极化(hh极化),8 GHz和10 GHz频率下,开缝后吸波性能有所增加;对于垂直极化(vv极化),8 GHz和12 GHz频率下,开缝后吸波性能变差,而10 GHz频率下,开缝后吸波性能变好。总体来说在8 GHz和10 GHz下,蜂窝开缝后在vv极化下的吸波性能均高于hh极化。
【Abstract】 The honeycomb absorbing structure needs the function aperture in practical application. Researches on the electromagnetic and mechanical properties of the slotted honeycomb absorbing structure can further expand its application field. A honeycomb slotted form was designed and the effects of different slit modes on the electromagnetic/mechanical properties of the honeycomb absorbing structures were studied. The characteristics of the travel load relationship under different slit rates were studied. When the honeycomb slit rate is less than 8%, the mechanical properties of the honeycomb is less affected. With the increase of slit rate, the mechanical property of the honeycomb decreases obviously. The characteristics of single station RCS(Radar Cross Section) were investigated by changing the slitting width, depth, and gap width. When it is hh polarized, the absorbing performance of the slit increases at 8 GHz and 10 GHz frequencies. Under vv polarization, the seaming absorption performance becomes worse at 8 GHz and 12 GHz; and at 10 GHz, the seaming absorption performance becomes better.
